  • Training sessions are 30 or 60 minutes in length and can be scheduled to fit into your daily routine.
  • Three personal training sessions are included in your membership.
  • Additional training sessions may be purchased. Training packages are also available.

Philosophy on Exercise and Well Being: “To me, fitness should be pictured as part of a healthy lifestyle. It involves nutrition, exercise and a positive mindset however these aspects will vary by each individual. My main goal as a trainer is to make a healthy life style fun and be a positive source of motivation. If I can introduce new types of exercise the likelihood that my clients will have permanent success is much greater. By customizing each workout the client will reach their maximal potential and along the way I will pass on the skills necessary to maintain their achievement.”

While I was at school I started training for my first figure competition after I set my goal to compete in figure bodybuilding, competing instantly became my passion and gave me a drive to set new goals. My whole outlook on nutrition and exercise changed and made me feel so much better. My drive to compete lead me to personal training.
