BODY BURN: 

A fat-burning, body-sculpting, high-energy 45-minute class.  Body Burn is challenging but adaptable to any fitness level.  The goal of this class is to educate then motivate you to do more than you would by yourself!

Instructor: Pam Hall

Tuesdays 5:45pm-6:30pm

Thursdays 5:45pm-6:30pm

YOGA INSPIRED: 

This 45-minute class is a mix of yoga and pilates.  It is a body conditioning routine that works on flexibility, strength, endurance, and coordination without adding muscle bulk.  In addition, it increases circulation and helps to sculpt the body and strengthen the body’s core.

STRETCH:

Improve range of motion, posture, and mobility and relieve stress by performing energizing stretches.

Thursdays 10am-10:45am

ZUMBA:

Zumba fuses fitness, entertainment and international rhythms with easy-to-follow choreography for a total-body workout that feels like a celebration. Not only will you get fit and burn calories, you’ll learn some new dance moves in the process. Come have a blast while getting in shape!
